Preventive Health Care India - Delay in refunding my money

My friend (Kiran Sharma) and I made an online payment of Rs. 10,000/- on 20-10-16 towards the discounted vouchers (dental, eye check up, big bazaar, cycling machine) to be provided by the mentioned company. This payment was done in advance based on the details shared by Ms. Nandini (Sales Manager) over a call. Actually, when the vouchers were received, few things were not as per the commitment. So, we both cancelled it by calling them on their customer care no. (011-45097293) and I returned back their KIT (vouchers). Then, PHCI was supposed to refund us our money as per their terms and conditions. I started following up through calls and mails for our money since November mid 2016 for which I do have emails as proofs. Since then, the staff (Priya, Pooja, Manpreet and may be few more as some people hesitated to confirm their names) had been telling me that our cheque will be dispatched by evening but that single evening is not coming. In fact, I have an email dated 23-11-16 from their team mentioning our money will be refund withing 7 working days but this refund is not even initiated by them. Initially, they told me that we will get the refunds through NEFT and then through cheque. I called up on their customer care number today also and again received a same reply. I am now fed up of following for my own paid money. Infact, one of their staff members Pooja is so rude to speak to me. Please get me justice. Regards, Srishti Girhotra 9953099740
