Paytm - My Money Not Credited in My Wallet
Dear Sir, Dated on 29-Sep I was booked a train ticket by Paytm .journey date was 8-oct.And Amount was 1730(for two persons) In this ticket one passenger seat was not confirmed. which amount was 865 and Waiting was 01 . But on journey date it was not confirmed. So Passenger travelled with Other option. I thought that it amount will be credit in the my paytm wallet but *yet ticket amount not credited in my account* And I would also inform you that paytm service not sent any msg regarding this issue. And today when I called to Customer care executive. He told me that your money will not credit in your account. So please resolve my issue. Please 865 not a small amount. Below are the detail of traveling Date Of Booking =29-Sep,2017 Date Of Traveling =6-Oct,2017 Paytm Booking ID =3890929791 Please do the needful. I am so faithful request to you.
