Paytm - I would really appreciate if you can help me to get my refund - Digital India??

Hello my name is Alok Singh, On 10 December 2016 I tried adding Rs 15000/- in Paytm wallet (8527024936) from SBI bank account (Acc No - 30515760271). On the very same moment 15000 was deducted from bank account but it was not reflecting in Paytm wallet. In paytm order history it was showing as failed but money got debited from bank account. from that day i am continuously writing and calling to Paytm Care & SBI care but i haven't got any positive sound from anywhere about money debited. Paytm care - we haven't got the money from your bank. SBI care - can't say anything clear that where the money actually is & it will take 45 days to be solved. Now i am very upset with all this non-sense, it hardly takes up-to 48 hours but in this particular case it's been more than 11 days and no clue about my money, is it in the air?? Hereby, I am attaching all the Snapshots regarding this issue. Please anybody give me some real solution for this problem or else it's going to be a real media issue from my side and even i don't want that too as i am a big fan of Paytm and Valuable costumer of SBI too.
