PNB-HFL - Fraudlently levied of Insurance of Rs. 50K and EMI bounce charges for their mistakes

Dear Sir, I am an serving Defence Officer. I borrowed a loan of Rs. 6,09,750/- from PNB-HFL for purchase of a plot at Meerut (U.P.). The PNB-HFL staff fraudulently levied a insurance of Rs. 50,000/- without my knowledge or the concurrence. On top of that they also added a amount of Rs. 2290/- apart from the paid amount of Rs. 6,09,750/-. Apart from this they obtained 7 undated cheques of SBI and the ECS mandate form signed by me but after some time they called me that they have some problem in SBI. Then i had requested them to take the cheques of PNB and again i signed the ECS mandate form for PNB and requested them to return SBI cheques but they have not returned those cheques till date. Thereafter, they started putting alternative cheques of SBI and PNB despite my repeated telephonic calls to their staff and Mr Rajeev Rana their executive. Levied continuous bounce charges on me for their mistakes despite all my efforts and e-mails to them. All e-mails exchaged with them are held with me. They have not provided any documents i.e. loan sanction letter, EMI charts etc those were obtained from them through e-mails and then only i come to know their fraud. Then i started chasing them through e-mails and telephonically to customer queries and [email protected] After some times they called me in their Barakhamba office for negotiation but that has yielded no result and very cleverly they start diluting the issue and by now they passed the time of a year. However, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The copy of amortization and other documents they shared are attached for your references.
