Ola Cabs - Misbehavior and Unprofessionalism

Hello Team, On Thursday 23rd December 2016 I booked a cab from ola as usual and my location was Shayambazar Manindra college. I booked the cab at 06:19 pm and then called the driver to get his location and at the same time I confirmed mine. At first he told me that he was bear Haatibagan and he was going for a pick up and then he'll pick me up. I agreed to the fact and stood there for 10minutes waiting for the cab, then he called me up abd told me that he cannot come to my location as it was very far. He was exactly around 02 kilometers away from my location and I said that if he is facing issues then, I'll walk till shayambazar crossing and he can come and pick me up but, he disagreed to that and asked to cancel the pick up, to which I denied and told him that it was his fault the he did not want to pick me up so, he should be cancelling this pick up and it shouldn't be tge other way round! He then told me that there was a co-passenger who was not allowing him to come to my location and at that point of time they were almost near Khanna so he literally ordered me to walk from Manindhra College to Khanna to get my pick up. I denied that and told him if he is not comming for the pick up then he should cancel it. He then disconnected my phone and kept on with is ride and I had to forcefully cancel my ride when his cab was near Ultadanga as I understood that he'll not be picking me up. This was a harrasment for me and I complained about this matter to OLA support twice and surprisingly neither was my complaint addressed or responded to. I have previously had many issues with OLA and complained about those to them and I just got generic answers for that, I don't believe they look into customer complaints or even takes it seriously! They keep on charging customers with high fare and this is how they go about providing services. This is a complete disgrace and they ahould be penalised for such act. I would request you to kindly look into this so that, customers are not harassed in such a way. We customers do not book cabs and pay extra fare for just fun, we book cabs and pay our hard eared money to save time and for our help with convenience but, this is how these companies or their loot us and misbehave with us and don't even care about addressing our issues.
