Nykaa - Selling fake and used products.
I had purchased few cosmetic products from online website called Nykaa on 1st January 2018. In total it was 29 products. I had received the delivery of the products on 4th January 2018. On receiving the delivery I immediately checked the products. Out of all the products one of it, which was Avon Kajal, was used and damaged. On that very same day I had sent a complaint to them through their customer care service and also through email. In reply of which I received a mail stating that the damaged and used product will be picked up and some action will be taken against it in 48 hours. But seeing that nobody turned up for return pick up I tried complaining again, they started putting fake information on system that I was not available. Whereas none of the delivery persons turned up to take it back. Since that day till date they have not only sold me a fake product but are also giving fake commitments that some action will be taken in 48 hours but their 48 hours have not ended yet in last 6 days.
