[Resolved] Nykaa - Return issue

I marked muliple complaints on nykaa help centre that the products i received is not satisfactory and i was to return and exchange it.. I marked first mail on the same day when i received the products Horrible service.. Even i am. Not getting any option for return on website or app.. What should i do next?? I didnot even unsealed the product... I need some resolution now... I am dissappointed with Nykaa
