Nykaa - Non payment of refund
Hello Sir, This is to inform you that I had placed an order worth Rs. 1845 on 3rd September on Nykaa's website. When I checked with them I was told that there was a payment gateway failure and therefore they have not received the money. My bank account was debited of that amount and I was asked to wait for a refund. Ever since then twice they claimed that they have reinitiated the refund and I was made to wait all this while to receive the amount as credit. In the world of instant bank transfers is it believable that a refund is getting processed for the past 23 days?? It's a question of RS.1845 which I cannot forget! Please help in this matter.
