Defective product delivered and not giving warranty from local service centre at F.C. Road, Pune as 10 days over. Firstly the reason for 10 days over to identify the problem whether it is due to sim activation awaited or what. Secondly the 10 days replacement policy is only for if any physical damage but, my handset is not having any scratches which can evidence of no physical damages on handset. To reach out the Service centre is very difficult in working days. even though they are not issuing token if reached after couple of hours due to more crowd and refused to entertain asked to come next day by 10 o'clock and this will charge approx Rs.3000/-. Flipcart people says they cant help, its Manufacturer responsibility to address if any issue within 1 year of warranty period. The Moto 3G terbo handset is still box packed and unable to use due to sim not detecting. After investigating it is understood that both the internal sim slot points are damaged. Please help to get me the resolution.
