Mobikwik - My mobile was not recharged n money was deducted

I recharged my no on 30 November. It showed recharged successfully n 100 rs deducted. I checked my Balance. It was still zero that means no recharge was done. I compliant all these in mobiwick helpdesk . They replied with operator id to consult. I talked with customer care to that mobile operator. They said no recharge was done on that day... I again messaged this all to mobiwick n asked them to refund my money... but all is wasted they are not responding any genuine answer. Help me out please. I want the refund of my money
