Lenovo - Worst mobile phones and pathetic service

Was using Lenovo Vibe x 3.. Had some problem or the other from the time I had purchased the phone. The phone is in warranty period. Submitted the phone at the authorised service centre on 25th February as I couldn't switch on the phone, since then I have been following up to know by when will I receive my phone back but unfortunately no proper reply from them. One gentlemen Mr.Zahid of the escalation desk team says there is no one above him to whom I can complaint so if I wish to complain further, I have to go legally. They may be experts in handling customer's legal cases but unlike them customer's have work and busy life. Hope to get a solution soon.
