Lenovo - Problem in new purchased mobile
Hello I purchased new mob on 25 Nov.from Amazon of lenovo company model vibe k5 . I took few days to understand mob but as I was using it started heating n hanging so I on 7 Dec msg to Amazon to return mob but Amazon told me that they provide 10 days return window n my return last date was 6 n it was over n they told me to contact lenovo n than I contacted lenovo n the executive of lenovo told me to reboot the phone n told me procedure after rebooting phone it was nt starting n than again contacted lenovo than he provide me service centre contact no.n address n told me to show handset there n I went thr n told my prblm n thr they got my mob software update n returned me n after using I came to know that the problem remains same nd 1 more prblm has created tht battery is also draining fast n than again contacted lenovo n they told me to go service centre again but I was a little bit busy so after few days I again went to service centre they chkd mobile n told me that thr is prblm in mob n we will change mother board of mob so in tht process they took around 10 days mob was in service centre only .but they changed motherboard nd imei no of my mob n returned me free of cost as it was in warranty period but the same prblm is me thxill thr it's heating in few min n battery draining fast but the company is not taking seriously so I want to complain against them nd I want my money back so pl.help me thx
