Lenovo - Faulty receiver in Lenovo Smart Phone - Lenovo K6 Power

Gohil, serving as a Professor and Head of Mechanical and Production Engineering Department at Shantilal Shah Government Engineering College, Bhavnagar, Gujarat State. I am looking after more that 1100 students and 47 teaching faculties in my department. With respect to the above subject I would like to draw your kind attention that I have purchased a LENOVO Smart Phone (Model-K6 Power). The details of my purchase is as mentioned in above ref. After receiving this Mobile I found that incoming voice call quality which is coming out from receiver is not good (distorted sound) so I approached service centre - Vatsal Infotech which is located at Sanskar Mandal, Talaja Road, Bhavnagar. This is a authorized service center of Lenovo company. I gave my mobile phone to the service center and explained my complaints to the concerned person. That person asked his colleague to check it and report. After waiting 30 Min. there I have been replied that receiver of my phone is faulty and it will have to be send to the company for replacement of the faulty receiver and it will take ten to fifteen days. I didn't have any another option so I handed over my phone to the service center on 23rd January,2017. On 31st January I inquired at Lenovo company's service centre - Vatsal Infotech regarding my Mobile Phone. I received reply that my phone is ready...! Concerned person/Incharge of that service centre gave me my mobile phone and asked me to check regarding the incoming voice call quality of receiver. As per his instruction I inserted my CIM card in my mobile and dial the number of service centre. After connecting that call when I listened the sound of incoming voice call, I found that it was distorted sound. i.e., nothing has been done regarding the changing of faulty receiver of my phone. I just gave mobile to the service centre in charge and said that quality of the incoming voice call is yet distorted and receiver quality is very poor. In respect of my immediate response the reply which I received from the in charge of the service center was very rude, intolerable and hopeless. Vatsal Infotech Service center Incharge told me that you should purchase Apple, Samsung, Motorola or any other brand. If you go for Lenovo Smart Phone, the quality will be inferior. In 10000 Rs. you can expect this quality only. I was astonished and surprised to listen such intolerable reply from Lenovo service center in charge. At that time there were six to seven other customers present for the service of their device and they were witnessed to that conversation. I strongly believe that Service center person has kept the phone with them for nine days and returned me as it is without doing anything. During those days I had missed many important calls as I don't have another Mobile instrument. Now let me come to the point. I have written a mail to Lenovo's sales executive on this address but there is no any response. I have been given faulty product, rude answer cum feeling of cheating from Lenovo's authorized service center after purchasing a Product of Lenovo smart phone and spending 10000 Rs. It is ridiculous and hopeless. Faulty receiver is genuine problem with my Mobile phone and it has to be rectify immediately because it is in warranty period and it was the problem associated when I received this mobile instrument. You are kindly requested to look into the matter and order/advise the responsible person to rectify this problem at the earliest. I am hopeful that you can understand my genuine problem.
