
Lemall.com - Refund not given
I have bought a lemax2 mobile on 1st September 2016. which was defective. I raised return request on 5th September 2016, but due to technical reason at Le side they picked product back on 2nd October 2016 which they received on 12 October. from October they are saying that refund will be given in next 5 days. whenever I call them. on email thy reply with message to call a customer support and in support they always said wait for 5 more days as the case status is "Pending".
