LG Electronics - Defective product delivered

I bought a LED TV(model no:43UH617T) on 27/06/2017 which got delivered within one day(28th)..next day it got installed (29th)and very next day(30th) I have found one spot in the led panel and also contacted customer service centre and logged a complain(30 th Jun). One service engineer visited next day and mentioned probably the product will be replaced as you have found the issue in next day only. Anyway then following up multiple times I only get to know that it will be done shortly..but today is 7 th October,( 4 months passed after logging the complain),I am yet to get the replaced product.meanwhile, without my concern or acknowledgement they had closed the ticket which was being raised on 30 th Jun in the september.dont know how can they close an unresolved ticket!!
