KOOVS - Delay in Delievery

My first time experience is worst in KOOVS. I have ordered around 5days back and still the order is not dispatched for delivery.As I will not be available at my place for a month from this Friday so I have been calling the customer care representative and they have set my request for an urgent dispatch, but there is no use at all.. I have got 2msgs in my registered mobile number stating that my order will be delayed due to the huge response for their offer. I don't understand why you need to keep the offer when you cannot manage customers and deliver their order on time. It's really upsetting even after sending continuous mails there is no response at all.
