Indigo Airlines - Delay in Travel and luggage collection

I was travelling from Kolkata to Hyderabad on Sunday, 14 December,2016 in Indigo flight 6E-6619 and my PNR number was PB1JQZ. The original flight time was 20:10, it got delayed to 21:20(that was the message we had got) and finally left at 22:05. We reach Hyderabad at 12:07 am(delay of 10 minutes) and then we are told to collect out check-in luggage at Conveyor belt 2. We reach there to find pout that we are tagged along with 2 other flights(Lucknow and Vizag). We go there to find out that we are tagged along with the passengers coming from Delhi.After waiting there for 40 minutes, we were redirected to belt 3. There we had to wait another 40 minutes to find out that our luggage hadn't even arrived. There wasn't a single indigo attendant to assist us. Ultimately, an elderly man and I had to go to the Indigo counter and shout at the attendants to get the ball rolling. We finally saw our luggage at 1:25 am. It was a harrowing experience. I'm hopeful to never have to travel in Indigo in future as well. We demand an apology and a compensation amount for all that we had to go through.Kindly verify the entire experience from any passenger on that flight. There were members who were 70 years and above who had to go through this. Not a single senior Indigo associate was there to address the problem. With their services hitting the rock bottom, i hope Indigo doesn't vanish in thin air soon(pun intended).
