Indigo Airlines - About Airlines Delhi T1 Airport staffs

It so happened that me and my wife (Rajeev Kumar & Vinita Kumar) were booked by 6E 861(DELHI-kOLKATA) ON 30/12/2016 to take a connecting flight to BANKGKOK from Kolkata (6E 75 Kolkata-Bangkok). We reached the airport well in time (can be checked through cc tv or any other source) and the officer on the counter started doing the check -in formalities and due to his inordinate delay in doing that the counter closed just after my (Rajeev Kumar) check-in . He informed that my wife cannot check-in then and we will have to take other flights going only in the evening and that too after paying Rs 41000. We were shocked to know that because the person sitting at the counter took so much of time for check -in and due to only that the flight was missed and for no fault of ours were being asked to pay such a hefty sum and our whole day got wasted. After making so much of request the officer agreed to issue the different tickets for Delhi-Kolkata and Kolkata-Bangkok only after getting Rs 16435 (Paid through Credit Card ending 6302 digits). Finally due to further delay of flight we could reach Bangkok around 1:00 A.M. (Midnight) Our total day was wasted due to your incompetent staffs at air port and apart from apying Rs 16435 to you at Delhi airport, we had to incur extra money at Kolkata and Bangkok towards food and conveyance. On top of it we were absolutely harassed and exhausted due to very unprofessional and callous behaviour of Indigo airport staffs. We had to wait unnecessary at Kolkata airport from 12 NOON to 10:30 P.M.. I would, therefore, request to refund Rs 16435 alongwith Rs 100000 towards the food and conveyance expenses at Kolkata and Bangkok immediately. I would further like to submit that I got a call from Indigo on 14/1/2017 evening saying that my wife was not there for check-in on 30/12/2016. This is ridiculous. Me and my wife were supposed to catch the same flight going to Bangkok via Kolkata and our booking was also done together with one PNR. We were very much together when we handed over the hard copy of air ticket to issue the boarding passes. She further said that how this so happened that with single PNR only my check-in formality was completed and not of my wife Vinita Kumar... only proving the inefficiency of Indigo airport staffs. Even we were wondering about that. She further refused to hear our request for compensation. Via this complaint, it is once again requested to kindly return Rs 16435 along with Rs 100000 towards the compensation.
