Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] - Not Refunding my money

I, Dayanand Naik a student of MBA is writing this Mail for very own reason i.e. delayed/failed service of IRCTC which I believed was more appreciable and commandable until I experienced the below stated reason. I hereby state that iam not happy with the service which IRCTC is failing to provide i.e. the refund amount of Rs 600 that is due since 15th March,2016. I had booked 3 tickets on Train name "JAN SHATABDI EXPRESS" (ref:PNR No-4530270648),booked from HUBBALLI TO YESVANTPUR JN.(Bengaluru) It's so saddening to me as the Train was cancelled due to strike and three of us had to attend an Interview on 16th March,2016 which we couldn't. We have lost a Job Opportunity in a renowned company and also there is no word of refund from irctc side. It's so awful to state that IRCTC is decreasing the level of its customer service day by day as I can see there is no response for the calls I have made. KINDLY ACCEPT THE REQUEST AT LEAST NOW AND REFUND THE AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
