IffcoTokio General Insurance - Insurance cover not provided after payment is made online. No response too.

Hi Team, I have not received my two-wheeler Insurance cover policy after making an online payment to Iffco-Tokio as on 1st Jan 2017. I have been following up with their Customer support @ 1-800-103-5499 multiple times each day (which takes anything between 15-20 minutes each time to reach a new customer care member & each time you need to explain your case) since Sunday the 1st of Jan 2017 with no headway. I also mailed details of the Bank transaction of the payment made on 1st the day transaction was made and also the next day– at [email protected] Due to some technical error at their end the issue occurred –however the Iffco-Tokio customer service team members nor the mail response team has been able to help or revert positively to the issue. They keep taking the e-mail id’s for checking my complaint mail sent from my end but no status update !!! My Policy expires on 6th & i will be not in town shortly & I needed a closure on this before my policy expires. The customer care member assures of a call back from Supervisor who never considers his / her responsibility to take care of such concerns which customers face after making upfront payments. When approaching for support before online payment the response from the Customer Support team was so cordial, now they are not ready to connect to their higher ups nor share a status update of the situation. All they say is that the technical team will revert which has not happened in the last 3 days. I need addressal of my issue immediately - Please assist. How difficult it is for their team to identify the Bank Transaction shared from my end against the payment received and issue a policy renewal. Its a sheer waste of my time to follow up regularly & get no results. Sunita Rajesh
