Idea Cellular Pvt Ltd - Extra charges and wrong commitment

I would like to mention my complaint strongly in your view that none of idea's departments are able to resolve a complaint of extra charges and they have this practice to open cases and the close them with unsatisfactory resolutions. Finally i have decided to port my no. and discontinue services from idea after a long period of 5 years. 5 years with such a pain full experience. Complain- in the month of oct i launched a complaint of extra charge of 250rs added in my bill. Although i was in blind faith that not to check bill details, but that day when i saw that extra charge has been added in my bill i immediately launched complaint for the same in cust. care. After this due to non payment of my bill i got a call from collections team and after explaining the story i was assured about the waiver off for that amount of 250. Then i again got a call from CC team of idea and they took complaint of mine and that lady customer care herself admitted that your previous complaint was not entertained due to wrong tagging done on their CRM. Now what to do. after this that lady took my complaint again and she has given me complaint no. and said that waiver off will be done in next 66hrs. This whole story took 1.5 months. Not just this, i told every officer of idea to please launch a complaint regarding low network and pathetic 3g. Today i got a call from a person that your complaint cannot be processed. But unfortunately, idea team is running to save their 250rs desperately. My no. is 9718525558. The solution given by idea team is that they pushed me towards portability. In this competitive world all telecom industries are running to give better services but idea has something different in their mind.
