HomeShop18 - Poor Policy :- 1st time exchange then 2time material poor then they should refund money but In place of refund money Hs18 is allotting gift voucher.

Complaintsofconsumer.com Again and again I have to knock your door for online shopping complaint so why PM is showing us the dream of digital India 1st time ordered which was damage and poor material, so we exchange the order and the same is also received more damage along with the very poor material and no checking had taken place for the replacement order and packaging is also damage. After purchasing for the second time and that also comes defective then they further go for the refund money of the product but homeshop18 policy is to not refund the amount but they will issue gift voucher which they say that it is a type of saving amount for the unlimited period. You please advice that which online shopping channel or online shopping website does that in refund they will issue a gift voucher in place of money this I would like to ask you as I have search but could not found any one’s policy or system like this that which website or any shopping channel do this which homeshop18 want to do with us. And also I have verified my damage product from local Jadavpur Police Station. Homeshop18 Team Replace order detail. My order no 1009012627 dt.04.02.17 for PNB 5Ltr multi-utility kadhai with 5 attachment - black (33458585) for Rs.999/- less loyalty bonus discount - Rs.200/- and shipping charges Rs.201/- = total Rs.1,000/-, received through gati surface AWB no.550946507 dt.13.02.17 at 7.00 pm and also informed you at 19.39hours and your call centre person advise us to call in the morning time to talk with senior regarding the complaint. Now my product complain is as below. 1) Bottom is Black spotted on all section like used product. 2) Inside and outside many dent on the kadhai with led, Idli Maker, Dokla Maker, and steamer utensils are also dented and very poor material. 3) On the handle side rivet area on inside and outside of the khadai are dented and handle level is up and down which you can see also in the images which we are enclosing. 4) Packaging carton is also very poor and damage inside of PNB company. Plastic of the Khadai and all utensils are damage. (full Phatahuwa Hai.) also many screws are not in the packet. We are enclosing images as much we provided to submit for rejection as I does not want my internet pack not wanted to be waste on this product and as much I have given is sufficient for your knowledge and as much it is damage that I have to sent you an video but I will not waste my internet data on it. I have also done online line transaction with you so I have paid you in advance and the product which I have received for second time that also comes very poor and damage then the faith on you becomes zero and my time, data and the happiness of welcoming of new product all became destroy If this is your checking policy then I will not willing to go with you and your product in the future. You can check my purchase history with you that I have done many times online transaction after note bandhi. So now it is hard to believe you. Now 1st when I have received a damage product I thought that on exchange of the product you will check the product thoroughly but second time PNB carton to Product everything is damage and very much damage. So now I does not want to give chance to exchange the product as I have loss my time, money and data. Now arrange the reverse pickup of the above said product and refund the cash in to my bank account and we does not want you to waste time for allotting our refund money. If you think that you will take a month to refund my money as per your system then it shows that your company is growing on customer money so it is a biggest chit fund, and I will have to make a complaint to PMO, CMO, Police Station and madam Sushma Swaraj and due to note bandhi all are very active for online shopping, cybercell is also very active and taking a fast action against like you all. Now my product complain is as below. 1) Bottom is Black spotted on all section like used product. 2) Inside and at the bottom of the kadhai there ia a dent. 3) On the rivet area of the upper surface of the khadai there is small dent in many places and also powder coating is coming out from the black colour kadhai. Rest every attachment are O.K. so I need to replace the kadhai and also i am attaching the images of the damage kadhai for your perusal. My replacement is to be made at the earliest because in the past i have some issues with one product and for that i have suffered for a very long period so this time required a quick action against the above said to maintain a good relationship with you. one more thing is I was in excitement due to this Khadhai as i wanted this product from a long time so i request you to make the procedure earliest so that i can start using the same early. On dated 14.02.17 in the morning at 10.15 am I have informed about my second time defective product as fully damage and very poor material I have received that I have informed to homeshop18 complaint department and on this time I have asked for refund of my money of the product on that time they were forcing us to take gift voucher but we denyed it this thing had run till the late afternoon for one product I have to waste my whole day after it with fully tension and at last call I have received of senior person from consulting department of homeshop18 at the time 16.32 hours on that time he was telling me about gift voucher we will issue to you and it is a type of saving which they will keep our money for the next purchase from them so I asked them which type of savings you are talking about. So I ask him which type of saving is it as I could able to use for any other my neediness and I am also not sure that I will repurchase any product from them it may take a month or more so this my money is block. So I was pressuring them to refund my amount in my bank account as currently money is more important than there gift voucher. And till the time the amount is with them they are utilising my amount in there business for growth so Sir this is fully a chitting case of them and this also I have asked to PM that what is a definition of digital india as now mostly I have to submit a case against digital India. I want to asked one thing to you that till what time it will be go like this and when we will become criminal and terrorist mentality on that time you come to arresting us. If you will not answer of my this document than I will become criminal and you and your system are responsible for this. We pay all taxes but no one see to common people so I will become criminal mentality and you came for arrest. And for refunding of my amount I will reach to any height hook and by cook and for that if you will come to arrest me then you are welcome and I will remain ready for that because your system and PM making us Criminal minded.
