Hathway Broadband Internet - not providing the invoice bill from begining

Dear Sir/Madam My self Sanjeev Kumar Jain, got the broad band connection with ID - 1119604831 from above said company at my home V-60, ground floor, sector-12, Noida-201301. on dated 7-11-2015. at the time of installation, I received the customer copy as a invoice bill for the Rs. of 743/- . But after onwards, they did never provide the invoice copy during the payment recieving at every month. I asked many time for invoice, always they gave me fake commitment , later on or next time they will give all invoice.. but that day did never come..Now I need to submit my expenditure for the financial year in income tax department. so I the invoice copy from April 2016 to till date ( January 31st) but they are providing me only last three months invoice.. I put my request so many times in customer care also, but there is nobody ready to listen..Then I warned them ok I will lodge the comlain against you, they said ok, Sir, now what to do, that's why, I am lodging my compalin at your portal. this is my right to get all the invoice bill for my paid payment. Please take the needful action against them.. I hope for the positive response from you.
