Haier - Tv replacement pending for last 5 months

Dear sir/madam. My self sameer mhatre. I had purchased 65" led tv ( haier) in 6 August 2016 from Kings electronics Kharghar branch. But within 2 months that tv was ded so I was registered complent in haier India customer care on 10th October 2016. After complent registered there technician was visited 2 times. For in last visit he told me that your tv can't repair so it will be replaced or refund your bill amount within 15 days. So today is February 2017 . 5 months past. Still they not replace my tv or not refund my amount. I m calling customer care regularly weekly 3-4 times. But they are giving me same answer. Sir our senior will call you and they will help you. In 5 months there manager Mr. Ajay Nalawade has call me and offering me to we can exchange your tv to 55" . My tv was 65" Now in between time I am purchased new tv of Samsung. But still my old tv not replaced or refund. Pls look in to this. Sameer mhatre. 9930422552
