GCN broadband - Lack of service

I got an internet connection from these guys 2 months back for which I had to wait for 2 weeks, over that for the problem of loss of connectivity I had to wait for 3 days for which also I won't be reamberesed. Now, on calling customer care or the management of the ISP, I get an error message on phone.. no response at all from these guys.... After getting the connection with 3 months upfront rental, am simply paying them for not getting the internet at all...
