Flipkat - Flikart: No value of genuine customer returned product handover to customer
I brought Moto c plus mobile (6999) Order Id OD110441668189025000 delivered on 10/10/2017. I know that there is replacement period is 10 days, but i have create problems one by one after 10-15 days from purchase. And on that time i cant contact to flipkart customer care. I went customer service of Moto, they said, your device has major defective problem of motherboard (liquid damage) . But from my end no liquid damage done, i believe flipkart delivered me return product which was all ready damaged and then not take the responsibility. Now i have bad review of others about repairing of Moto center device in there customer service centre, and want refund or replacement of my device. But at flipkart customer care, they says that we cant give refund or replacement after 10 days and not take single responsibility for my shopping through flipkart even that warranty period of 1 yrs. of product, even major defective problem. so help me regarding this issue,what i do now.
