Flipkart - Regarding defective delivery of mobile

Sir, I have ordered asus zenfone 2 laser ZE601KL. Product was having some problem. So as per the terms n conditions of Flipkart 10day's replacement is to be provided. So they arranged tech visit for first time to verify the product. But no tech visit took place but they updated that take visit took place and the product found with no issue. Then I complained again.then again tech visit was arranged but same no tech visit took place and same thing is updated that the product is ok. I again tried to complain. Now Flipkart is saying sorry now we can't do anything tech visit has occurred and product is ok no further replacement. Sir they are doing fraud. I asked them to show me any proof that tech visit occurred.but they are directly saying we will not provide anything.I talked with senior executives Mr vikash exclator department.he directly ignored. I want proof that tech visit occured. Else return of the product. If Flipkart is can show proof then no claim. Sir plz help me
