Flipkart - Not honouring the Replacement policy for a faulty product and DENIAL OF ASSURED CASHBACK

I was looking to buy this phone Lenovo K6 Power from Flipkart which was going to be on a flash sale on the website at 6th December. Their also was an axis offer mentioned at the website but it was not that clear to be understood by me at that time,so I consulted with Flipkart about the offer and clearly asked them will I get it for my axis bank debit card ? To that they assured me yes you will get 5% Cashback on purchase the phone. But I didn't. I am attachin g the excerpt from the Twitter conversation I had with @flipkartsupport (Flipkarts support handle on Twitter) I received the phone on 8th December 16 evening. Later on 10th December. I had this blue screen on my phone which flashed for around 15 seconds and automatically switched off the phone. I tried to restart it but it didn't. I again tried to restart it after 15 mins to which it did restart. But later when I started using the phone after that blue screen incident,it started lagging and showed some heating. I now have learnt that their is something wrong with the phone. So I asked for the replacement . To which Flipkart took two days to send the technician for checking out the issue. He was unable to understand what the issue was and gave the report that the device is okay. I told them to send someone who will be able to understand and address the issue but no one was sent again . And now am being denied the right to replace and have been falsely assured to make an purchase on the site. They have admitted their mistake about the Cashback on phone when confronted about the issue but they said "we cannot revert the purchase even though it's our mistake" They are willing to admit and say sorry but they won't give me my money back.
