Flipkart - Flipkart order NO ID1104070101084823000, ITEM VIVO V5s, Perfect Selfie, Matte Black, 64 GB
I have order above flipkart order on 5th oct.2017 and on 8th Oct.2017 the said order was delivered to me by flipkart courier personnel as the item/order was under exchanged offer and cash on delivery the courier personnel before handing the said shippment he went under the verification process of exchanged item make Lenovo Vibe K5 and after confirmation if functionality of the said exchanged item and collecting cash of rs. 10640 towards the said flipkart shippment the courier personnel handed me the said shippment. When opened the received shippment the said delivered shippment box was missing mobile handset make VIVO V5s Perfect Selfie , Matte Black, 64 GB according logged into my flipkart account and submitted my relevant queries with replacement of missing item but when checked it was surprising that the status on flipkart account stating my request being rejected on same day called flipkart customer support team via phone and brought the relevant fact and they registered my queries and assured that they will get back to me on 20th Oct 2017 at 14.30 on. I again logged into my account and submitted my queries about the same but status was unchanged again g with request being rejected this practice was done for around 5 time in flipkart my account page but the status was the same that my request is rejected. From the day of the shippment of the above flipkart order ID till date today I have been constantly been in touch with flipkart customer support team via mail and through phone call but flipkart team and flipkart management had not resolved my issue and the said issued is kept unresolved. I have forwarded all the required documents to flipkart as required by flipkart team to investigated my case but the flipkart team has just keep on posting the updates that the need more time to resolved my issue. I want the relevant authority to take action against the flipkart for doing such an act to the customers as per the law. Till date today flipkart had not assured me when will I get the said missing product.I gave been harassed my flipkart team and today I have to bear the loss amounting to Rs 18000. Hope you will take appropriate action at your end .
