Flipkart - Selling of duplicate item and not give proper service to customer

Dear sir I purchase a laptop from flipkart . Laptops is not working properly and not configured proper , As per Flipkart policy's they given 10 day refund or replacement, I received laptop on 28 January and requested for return on 3rd feb 8th feb and 9th feb but they don't processing my complaint , they forwarded complaint to HP laptops but they refused the complaint. And they emil to Flipkart for refund or replacement but they don't process. Please do the needful Regards Narendra chaurasiya Navsari 7285022688
