Eureka Forbes - Worst service of Eureka Forbes, thief company

We have purchased water purifier but after purchased there are many problems come in 2 months, technician says once green light start u need to change filter. we have complain about the same and local technician came, service and purify work smoothly BUT in 2 month again same problem arises & same technician send by local service center manager Mr. Priteshbhai for service. We have complain n-number of times. Your technician says this model is fail model and you talk to Priteshbhai for change of this piece because this problem comes every time in your piece as its not furifiy water properly. We have contacted Mr.Priteshbhai, he says I personally Come and repair the same but he has not entertaining us for change of defective model. But in a month again same problem came. Instead of change of piece he come and repair so many times till warranty period is not over. Just Now warranty period come to end and now he says you need to change fillter. I am asking to company that are you making full to people or you train your person how to handle customer to whom company has sold defective piece or failed model till warranty period. Because Mr. Pritesh is not ready to listen us and says warranty period is over. Now if he is unable to solve the problem why he is playing with the complain and why not give us new pice. I am a senior Citizen and Now I want a positive reply on immediate basis otherwise I go to consumer forum with CC to all news channel. My product details are mention below.
