Ebazar Ninja - Product sold fraudulently and now not refunding money_ OID261864

Hi I have bought a power bank for 90Rs from ebazar ninza shopping on 28 November with description 20800mah, I got the delivering on 2nd December evening which was Friday when I use the power bank I found it was not working and actually it was not even 2000mah . I raised a complaint at 12.10 midnight on 5th December. Despite many chasers I didn't got any response for.several days and then got first response on 21st (after 16days), that I raised issue after 48hours so they can't give refund. Please note actually issue was raised 48hours few mins later and even that 48hours were Saturday and Sunday. If ebazar ninza is not responding for many many days thats fine, but can't consider customer issue only few mins later. Now they are saying me to send the product through courier for repair and they are not responsible to send their boy for pickup and drop of product. From first day I am not getting solution to my query and still company is selling product online with fraud description and terms. Request you to take necessary action against company urgently.
