Ebay India - Ebay order

i have ordered a Syphani coler on 28th mar h 2017 in online from ebay site and i have paid 8999 rupes from hdfc credic card and after a som minutes i called ebay customer care to cancel the orderthey did not care about my request they simply told that i need to call seller so i called seller they told me that we ca t take the cancle request orally so i sent an email from ebay to seller again they did not taken my request so i called eaby ebay pulled seller in to conference and seller told me that we have already started shipping item so you can refuse the item at thr time of delivery so i refused item on 5th feb 2017 bu the status updated as item delivered so i raised a complaint and i received the item on 8th feb 2017 i accepted thr item.because they told me that i can put the return request so i did requested to return the item again no body is taing my request, but ebay says that we can return order within 10 days from delivery date.. complete frud happenf with ebay and seller... asper courier racki g item delivered on 8th feb 2017 but in ebay it showing as 5th feb 2017 see the ebay service. please raise the complaint on this issue.

I have already contacted to you and seller as well, please track my all email and concerns regarding ebay order by registered mobile number: 9912246990 I have raised a consumer complaint against your service a d false promisess and ebay and greatdealsdunia seller are playing with me like anything , please chek the emails about my requsts from ebay to seller and ebay customer care. i have an issue with ebay sevice sinse 28th of march every one saying in call orally like dont worry we will help you. but nobody responded to my emails ebay and seller both are playing like a game. ebay saying that i have to contact seller they are not responsible for return seller saying we dont have issues to take the item return, this type of issue i was facing issue ...every time they saying need to wait 48 hours how many 48 hour i shoud wait. i have already raised a complaint on cunsumerhelp line and the complaint number is 225354 already been registered at www.consumerhelpline.gov.in If you were respond and refund my money back then only i will going accept the complaint to close. Check my all emails and let me know if you want more proofs regardig my requests.
