Ebay India - EBAY

Sir PLEASE read my EMAIL Sent to Ebay to which they are oblivion and have not responded. Details of transaction on EBAY Paisa Pay ID 440088109696 Faulty Item (Item ID: 291880173675) I have contacted eBay and had a exhaustive chat with eBay Rep and voice chat with ebay customer support over the last one month. Complaint No SR # 1-96256861660 ( eBay chat ) 1-98063431340 ( eBay VOICE chat ) MY EMAIL TO EBAY DT I Ordered Iphone 4s from Ebay on 08 NOV 2016 and it has been giving issues from the first day. I am facing following issues with this phone. I am elaborating the issues in the Mobile Handset. 1. Battery takes almost 24 h to charge up to a 100% level which is phenomenally long time and on top of that , It also discharges in just a matter of 4-5 hrs. 2. Mob doesn't detect My Sim keeps searching for network. Even when sometimes it does, It is unable to receive or make calls. 3. Therefore despite having been thrilled to buy this product at the start, I am too disappointed as i am just unable to use it as it is faulty and has caused me lot of problems. 4. Therefore I would like a complete refund of the product. I have also contacted ebay Voice customer support today i.e. on 28th DEC 16 who have assured me that the issue will be resolved at your end. 5. Kindly Refund me the money at the earliest. 6. I had emailed the seller at least 30 days back but has not been responded to by them. 7. After I telephoned seller again about 4 weeks back, he rather rudely informed me that : a) He was in market and was busy to take my call. b) When I called him again , he asked me why didn't I contact him before c) The Iphone 4S phone only has a software support d) Fourthly told me to call someone else and then lastly told me that I should call eBay and not him. 8. I implore eBay to firstly deal with this rude seller and secondly dissociate or debar this company and this rude seller from eBay business model as this seller is detrimental to eBay which has such a huge presence as a online shopping portal. 9. Lastly I request money back on this faulty mobile set ( In case of replacement I want assurance that I will not be required to deal with such rude seller ) 10. Thanking you in Anticipation. Mobile 9569486001, 03532480208, 9417303522 Despite numrous correspondence Ebay has just not approached seller on my behalf as the seller has refused to abide by the 6 month warranty and eBAY which is a renowned name has washed its hands completely off its responsibility. Please help me with this issue as i am a helpless customer and does not know where to go !!!
