Dell India - not replaced problematic product during warranty

I bought the DELL laptop inspiron11 3000 series. within one week the product start problem with power supply system. I register the complain and the product with ahmedabad distributor M/s. Care office equipment to service center. The keep under observation for 7 days and return with replaced power adaptor by saying its power adaptor problem. Than after few days another problem starts with RAM detection , diplay etc. I logged a several complaint and request to replace this product. DELLL refuse by saying its not as per our policy. I suffered with this product since day one. At last they say we will replace the spare I agreed. Now here again another fraud they start by sending refurbished spares , I not agreed with that as I did not bought refurbished product. not DELL is not ready to provide service as well as not agree to replace the product.
