Dell India - Sales department is not processing my request from the past 3months..

I call the customer service sales department and asked them about the battery replacement , and warranty extension for my laptop.. for warranty extension , they bluntly denied, and instead they wait that my laptop's warranty could not be extended, eventhough the model I have is liable for a warranty extension of five years.. they said that when I paid for the first warranty extension.. it was the second time when I had to extend the warranty they simply said that it could not be done.. and when I asked why, they said that they have filed my request and I would recieve a response from their side with in 24 to 48 hours.. it has been more than 1month.. and now my warranty has expired so it can't be extended anyways.. and the second thing is the battery . I had a conversation with a sales executive about the availability of the battery, they said that it was not available in the inventory, he asked me to look into local markets for it.. and I did that too.. my laptop is Alienware 14, it is an expensive laptop(1.3lakh) ,so the parts are never available in local markets because they don't see these kind of things very often ,so they don't sell it.. after that I called them Dell Customer service sales division again , and told him about the situation.. he said it was not available in the inventory and he had filed a request for my problem and I would get a response call as soon as possible.. this thing happened atleast 2 months ago.. I did not get any call from any one.. all of this ,these two situations, happened multiple time and they always file a request but I never get any response.. if Dell is not going to make their own batteries available then who else is... ?..
