Dell India - Helpless support , false information
I bought a laptop worth 81k INR. One week after the purchase, the laptop was not working. So I complained to dell and they replaced the laptop after 3 months. The laptop I got again is a faulty piece . They didn't have an invoice copy and provided with all false info regarding warranty. And now wen I'm trying to extend warranty they are suggesting not to extend warranty and telling dell has no global warranty. Kindly help.Seema gladston, am executive from wur team is main culprit
