Coolpad india - POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I buy coolpad note 3 on 11 February 2016.aftet two Months later phone 's software completely gone.The service centre take around 15 day s to solve that.after that the usage of 6 months, phone micro usb port gone,service centre take around 20 days to solve it.now on October phone 's battery backup completely damaged,and im give the phone on service centre to replace new battery on 24 October 2016, now one and half months later the service centre guy tell me that there is no parts provide by company. Every time I contact them,they say same dialogue 'no parts provide by company... Again no parts no parts. I buy my coolpad on 11 February 2016.there is two months only to expire the warranty. the 10 month usage,there is two and half months waste for servicing. Plz repair my mobile back,replace me or refund me. .... ...... Job sheet number ;16102400577,expected return date was 03 November 2016,problem -reported fault low battery backup, some time s not chargeing. Today I contact the consumer service, they avoid my call with holding and other excuses.and they give the number of service regional officer,he tell me to contact service centre again.
