Citi Bank - I am complaining about the amount which had been deducted twice

i went to Shree Sweets and bakers for dinner Rs 357, which is situated near my office with my colleague. When I paid the bill by my CITI Bank Debit card ,i swap the card and enter the pin no. after entering the pin no. the swapping machine didnt give out any slip for that transaction but i received the message from Citi Bank that the amount has been deducted from my account no. but the cashier of that shop didnt approve my payment as he said that he didnt receive any slip for that. So at that time i paid twice for my dinner thinking i will receive my money in future by calling CITI bank executives. But unfortunately i tried calling to the citi bank executives and always i have been waiting for 15 to 20 mins for 3 to 4 days. And at that duration i also talked with the shopkeeper and he was refusing that he receives only 1 payment. So now the thing is that i am helpless and dont know where my those extra money Rs 357 has gone. So i request you to please resolve this matter. This is the first time i am complaining to the consumer forum.
