Tickets not available. While i am trying to book a ticket in bookmyshow it is showing that tickets are not availbale. But in which perticular time the tickets are available? In that time only i want to book tickets...

I used Bookmyshow app to book tickets for a movie tickets were not booked but still my money is not refunded nor in bookmyshow wallet neither in my account ..

I booked tickets online, selected seats and after that made payment n also I got confirmation of successful payment from bank and also received message from my bank for the said payment. But still I has not been received any movie tickets. It happen..
