Bank of Baroda - NON RECEIPT OF USER ID
I applied bank of baroda for internet banking in January 2017.Signon password and transaction password received after one month. I asked for the user id., from the banker. They told me that ,it will come through my email id. I waited another one month for it. But it did not come. After that I come to know that they entered wrong email id, and I Informed the same to the banker . Even after the user id did not come. I called customer care and told them my problem. They informed me to approach the banker to refresh my details in bank . I requested the banker to do so. But the problem not solved.
