Bajaj Electricals - Miss-Representation of Product Facts.

Dear INDIAN Justice Team, Reference to order no: BEL001B0122207, BEL002B0122207, BEL003B0122207,BEL004B0122207 booked on 01 Sep 2016 and delivered on 06 Sep 2016 via BAJAJ Electricals company mobile application. Complaint was logged on 11 Sep 2016 with call center about the noise in all four fans while they are on. Till date 3 times they have send their concern staff to check , final response is "Noise is by default as a AIR CUTTING in 4 blade ceiling fans" My point of argue is crystal clear on a customer part- As AIR CUTTING Noise is by default in 4 blade fan, it has to be a integral part of customer agree points before making payments to purchase product from INDIA's Leading and Traditional brand. As they were missing and I was not aware of their technical info and have spended my hard earned money to purchase BAJAJ Products. And now they all are making me run from pillar to post for refunds, Not responding to my phone calls. My escalation points till date are: 1) [email protected], 2) [email protected], 3) Mr. Anant M. Purandare Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Email: [email protected], 4) Mr. Mangesh Patil Vice President – Legal & Company Secretary & (Compliance Officer) Email: [email protected] 5) [email protected] Even though emailing to the senior most levels of complaint, Not a single call from anyone to solve on priority- I have to follow them continuously. I want to return their products , needs full refund of payed amount. Dear Consumer Team, Please JUSTICE in this matter. Awaiting resolution of this long pending subject. Regards.
