Axis Bank - non withrdral through ATM

On 02 September 2016 at 06.55 am I went to neasrby ATM ON GO ID NO WWSR2185 copy att West Gopal Nagar, Phase -2 Najafgarh, New Delhi -43 to withdraw cash of Rs 10000/- from my saving account No. 007010100075059. The name of my bank is Axis bank. The process of withdrawal of cash was completed successfully and no cash come out of the ATM. Message on the screen of the machine flashed out that your transaction has been completed successfully. But in actual no cash was come out of the machine. Instantly a message received on my mobile that your account has been debited Rs 10000 /- on 02 September 2016 at 06.57 am (also bank strike day ). At about 12 to 02 pm a message received on my registered mobile that your account has been credited Rs 10000/-. Very next day I went to the same ATM to withdraw money (copy att ). When I withdraw Rs 5000/- twice I observed that the Rs 10000/- was not credited in my account. The message was deliberately /mistakenly deleted from my mobile. I went to the bank on 05 September 2016 to lodge the complaint the offical handed over a form to me for lodging a complaint as per procedure. At time I had no ATM card so I could not file the complaint. On 06 September 2016 I submitted the complaint to the official of the bank (receipt attached ) and offical assured me that within 10 to 15 days the money will be credited into your account. After 15 days I received a telephone call from the bank offical and intimated that your complaint has been rejected. I requested the offical to re-submit the complaint to Arbitration cell. On 13th September 2016 at 1900 hrs I again received a call from bank official that your complaint has also been rejected by the Arbitration cell. In view of the above, you are requested to investigate the matter to its logical conclusion by obtaining CCTV footage of ON GO ATM dt 02 September 2016 to ascertain whether the transaction was completed successfully or otherwise also investigate the credential of the message dt 02 September 2016 sent to my mobile number by the service centre of the bank, regarding crediting of Rs 10000/- in my above mentioned account. Prompt action taken on the matter regarding crediting of Rs 10000/- in my account at the earliest will be highly appreciated. Written complaint has already submitted through speed post on 28 October and 30 December 2016 no reply received yet.
