Aircel - Auto activate Internet service

Sir i have already given you a complaint regarding auto activate internet service on my number 9858779100 and you have resolved my problem and informed me that my pack is deactivated but the pack is still running as you have again send me internet pack bill of rs 148 sir i am again requesting you please deactivate the same and adjust my bill amount. Thank you.
