Amazon.in - Did not receive the product
I have ordered a lenovo HW01-Bluetooth 4.2 fitness tracker on 6th Oct 2017 at advance payment of ₹ 4,274. I was informed to receive my ordered product by 18th Oct.Wen I didn't receive the product by the expected date I lodged the complaint thrice.Twice through email and once through calling at customer care.Customer care representative had assured me of either I ll get the product or will get the refund but today is 6th Nov niether I received the product nor the cash back nor any email from Amazon and now even when calling on customer care they are replaying that we were unable to serach are product and nt taking the call even.
