Amazon India - Order cancellation without informing

I placed a order for Moto g4 play on 29th March 2017 with an offer price of 7999 plus delivery charges 80, totally 8079 while the actual price is 8999 And I paid the amount through net banking and they had given estimated delivery date has 1st of April, but I didn't get product and product details to my mail till April 1st so I just call to Amazon toll free consumer numbers 180030009009 When i spoke with them they said that your order has been cancelled by us when I asked for the reason they said that they said that, the product is damaged one for that reason they had cancelled the order and and they already initiate for the refund of the payment to my account without my consiousnes and permission regarding cancellation of order And they asked me to place the order once again with actual price of 8999 And in this case the mistake is fully from Amazon itself Because of the mistake made by them I had to pay extra 1000rs Please go through this thing and give me an correct solution in this case.
