Airtel - Worst service given
I am using Airtel SIM card, on the date 1/4/2017 I hav recharged with Rs 549 ( offer by Airtel in 549 you will get 42gb data & unlimited local & std calls) but they only given me 1 gb data balance. I asked Customercare for the issue today they are saying me that it will resolve on 11th April 2017 at 4 pm. Now I don't hav any data balance to use , that's y my mobile not getting any mail or WhatsApp messages. It will be loss to me. I also asked them that till issues resolved provide me some MB data to use but they denied. I suffering from great issue. They r not cooperating instead of taking money. I want take strong action against them.
