Airtel - Service and balance deduction

I recharged my Airtel no using Airtel app for a 3g data pack, but roming pack got activated. I called the customer care , he checked and verified that the recharged I did was for net pack and forwarded the call to higher authority. The other guy started saying something else and asked to put the call in hold and after sometime disconnected the call. I did another recharge for another amount and again the same thing happened. I again called the customer care but no solution. After getting frustrated from the Airtel service I decided to change the operator and requested the port service . Then I got a call from the Airtel executive for retaining the Airtel and he assured me that nothing like this will happen in future. Now I recharged with 50rs the balance got deducted from my account and I also got a msg that your account is reached with 50 rs. Then also the amount is not being reflected in my account and I am not able to make a call. I have called the Airtel customer care many time for these thing . They assured me every time but the thing is same. Such a bad service from Airtel.i want my money back from because they have wasted my time as well as my money.
