Airtel - Recharge issue

Dear Sir/Ma'am, Subject: Recharge Issue. This is Mohd. Danish, My Airtel DTH ID number is- 3008723861. I received SMS from Airtel DTH regarding recharge offer on 27th December 2016 that offer was recharge with Rs.1660/- and get 12th month's validity. That offer was valid till 31st December 2016. After receive the SMS I talked to Airtel customer care and asked about this offer, they replied that you should recharge with same amount and get 1 year validity, I called again before recharge on 31st December 2016. to customer care about this offer and again listen same reply than I recharged my pack with same amount of Rs.1660/- on 31st December 2016. After recharge I checked validity of my recharge than their was shown validity till June 2017. than I called to customer care about this issue and they replied me that you should wait for 48 hours to activate the package. After completion 48 hours I called again to customer care and submit my complaint about this issue. ( Complaint No.57730204) they replied me that we have registered your complaint about this issue and your issue will solve within 24 hours and our backend team will contact you. But today I received call from backend team they spoke that you are not eligible to get this offer because this offer only for that customer whose account suspended. I spoke that I already asked before recharge than I recharged, so please do the needful response but they replied that Sorry we can't provide you this offer. I need help from forum because this is not my fault, I already asked and recharged, You are requested to kindly submit the complaint and support me. I hope you will give me a good response.
