Airtel - Poor service and cheating the consumers

Dear Sir I had taken a new connection of Airtel DTH on the 17/10/2016 from a vendor who assured me that I will be getting all the Channels. After installation I was able to view only few channels . I recharged my two connections on the 16th of November,2016 for an amount of Rs 1047 (package Jackpot) after checking with Mr. Rajat (your DHT executive) . He informed me that I will be getting all the channels that is provided on the Airtel platform . Later I found out that,the two channels No 191-Movie Mania and No 198 Sony Max Super Hitz are not coming. I feel that I was miscommunicated and cheated by Airtell and its my misfortune that I surrendered my DHT Tata Sky and switched to DHT Airtel. I am sorry to put this up to you as I feel that as a reputed organisation like Airtel one should be informed of the poor service that your executive offer .
